Dear Customers and Friends:
We recently completed a full year of our Faith Over Fear messages to customers and friends like you. We started this series in March 2020, back when so much was unknown about the pandemic, to give hope and encouragement.
Even among our team at Syfan Logistics, there was a whole lot of fear at the beginning. With businesses closing and people sheltering at home, I was asked, “How are we going to get through this?” To them, as well as others, my three-word response was always the same: “Faith Over Fear.”
We continue to follow this battle cry, and God has been faithful. Despite incredible demand and tight truck capacity throughout the country during the pandemic, our business was able to scale up, cover every load and meet every deadline. As a result, we have grown by over 75 percent in one of the most challenging times I can remember.
Now, as farm crops are harvested for produce season, the availability of refrigerated transport and other trucks is tightening up even more. Sadly, some shippers will be abandoned by carriers with higher volumes chasing other loads with higher rates.
Rest assured, Syfan Logistics has been battle-tested and will keep on delivering for our customers. We will continue to practice Faith Over Fear – following traditional Christian principles of trust and transparency that succeed as much in the workplace as they do in our personal lives.
I want to personally thank you for standing with our company in friendship and partnership during this pandemic. Let’s pledge to keep on walking the walk together – and choosing Faith Over Fear.
