Syfan Logistics has been named to the 2020 Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces list!!
Syfan Logistics ranked 17th out of 62 mid-size companies. There were more than 4,800 companies nominated and only 150 earned a spot on the list.
In selecting Syfan Logistics, the AJC cited “the company creating a culture where employees feel engaged, appreciated and fulfilled.”
“We are very excited to be named a top workplace,” said Jim Syfan, Syfan Logistics CEO. “We’ve worked hard to create an environment where team members can learn and grow which is beneficial to them and to the company. We have a dedicated team that gets results for our customers.”
It is the second time in two years that Syfan Logistics was named a top workplace. Last year, it was named to Inc. Magazine’s Top 300 Best Workplaces in the United States.
Companies named to the AJC list were recognized based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their team members. The AJC surveyed Syfan team members capturing their feedback in 15 areas on what matters most about the company’s culture.
